Motiva is a training coach. To coach you it has to know things about you, some of them about your health. This page says what it keeps, why, who else handles it, and how you see it or delete it.

Who runs Motiva

What is stored

• Your name and email address, from your Google account.
• What you enter in onboarding and Settings: age, height, weight, goals, activities, equipment, schedule, and any injuries or health notes you give.
• Your training logs: what you did, how long, how it felt.
• Your conversations with the coach, and a short summary of them.
• The plans Motiva generates for you, and a record of each generation, which includes the details sent to the AI model.
• Your weekly check-ins, and feedback you send.
• If you turn reminders on: the address your device gives us to send them to.
• For outdoor sessions you choose to record, the distance, pace and splits your phone measures. Your location and route are used on your phone during the session and are not stored.

Why

To build your plans and adapt them to you. Nothing else. No advertising, no selling, no sharing for anyone else's purposes.

Who processes it

• Supabase holds the database and your sign-in, in the EU (Ireland).
• Vercel hosts the app; your requests pass through it.
• Google signs you in, and runs the Gemini AI model. To write a plan or answer in chat, the model receives your profile, your notes including health notes, and your training history.
• Resend sends the invite email. It receives your name and email address, and nothing else.

Who can see it

You. And the person who runs Motiva: as the admin of this beta, they can see account data, including your profile, plans, training logs and conversations, in order to run the beta and fix what breaks. Nobody else.

How long

Until you delete your account. Deleting it removes everything listed above, at once.

• See it: Settings, Account, Download my data.
• Delete it: Settings, Account, Delete account.
• Ask: Settings, Send feedback.

This is a beta

Motiva is an invite-only beta and this notice may change. If it changes in substance, you are asked to agree again before you continue. The version and date are at the top.
